We are a Mumbai, India-based manufacturer and exporter of PP magnetic drive pumps. Chemical and acid circulation uses PP Magnetic Drive Sealless Pumps, which are essentially plastic sealless, leak-proof, and leak-less pumps. Magnetically Driven Pumps and Magnetic Coupled Pumps are other names for magnetic drive pumps. We provide three types of magnetic drive pumps: stainless steel (SS), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

PP Magnetic Drive Pumps are Sealless Pumps. In a standard centrifugal pump, the motor shaft is connected to the pump shaft via coupling, which rotates the impeller in the pump housing. This system requires a mechanical shaft seal to prevent the liquid from coming out of the pump housing from the shaft. In a magnetic drive sealless pump, the impeller does not have any connection with the motor shaft. The impeller is totally sealed inside the Pump housing. The drive shaft from the motor rotates an assembly of magnets on the outside of the housing. On the other side, the Impeller inside the Pump housing also has magnet rings that rotate inside the housing, this magnetic coupling mechanism helps to pump the liquid from the Pump.
PP magnetic drive pumps are corrosive and abrasive fluid-handling centrifugal pumps. These pumps are plastic and non-metallic pumps. PP magnetic drive pumps are also called Polypropylene magnetic drive pumps. These pumps are made of polypropylene, which has good chemical resistance and durability. The term “magnetic drive” refers to a way of transferring torque from the motor to the impeller without a direct mechanical connection, hence eliminating the requirement for a shaft seal. This design avoids leaks and ensures that dangerous or aggressive substances are handled safely.
